The Cat & Cage is one of Dublin’s oldest and best known pubs. Sean O’Casey devoted an entire chapter of his autobiography to a raucous night spent in the Cat & Cage in the 1890’s, when the building was a thatched cottage on the outskirts of Dublin City.

We’ve changed the food a bit since then, very much for the better! Everything from Pub Classic dishes you would expect from a top class Gastro Pub like Burgers, Steak and Fish & Chips to hand-crafted pizzas and other innovative dishes inspired by the 4 corners of the world. All freshly cooked using sustainable quality local suppliers whenever we can.
