Cat & Cage Folk Club – Clara Rose & The Relatives

The Cat & Cage Folk Club presents Clara Rose & The Relatives. Clara Rose is a power-house vocalist, performer and songwriter. Her third album, ‘Live, LIVE, Love’ was recently independently released to critical acclaim. Clara has graced national and international stages with her original folk, roots and blues music. According to Blues Blast Magazine, “When it comes to female musicians, sometimes people focus on their looks and vocal prowess more than their instrumental skills, but Clara Rose delivers on all fronts… Her vibe is one part whiskey, one part roses, and one part Gaelic grit”. Clara Rose will be joined on the night by Cathy McEvoy (fiddle), Marion McEvoy (mandolin), Alan Monahan (guitar & banjo) & Elizabeth Monahan (vocals). Support from local all-female Trad trio Cuilla.
